Priest of Lorderon
Before I was Normajean Rae in second life, I was an undead priest named Normajeane in world of warcraft.
In life, Normajeane was a young priestess in the Church of the Holy Light in Lordaeron. The church saw her potential and sent her to work in Stratholme. She was only twenty-six when Prince Arthas arrived to purge the city. She tried desperately to heal the townsfolk of the plagued grain and protect her congregation from Arthas and his soldiers. Eventually, she was cornered. She pleaded for herself and her flock. She blocked the children with her body. Arthas himself cut her down. As the city burned, she died believing the Holy Light had abandoned her and her people.
Years later, the scourge secured the city under Baron Rivendare. Necromancers dug up the corpses of the fallen and they raised Normajeane into mindless undeath. She served the Lich King until Sylvanas broke the his control. She finally regained her free will and joined the Forsaken.
